Neurvora is not a medical, therapy, diagnostic, emergency, or healthcare service.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally allowed to use digital services in your country or region.
If you are under the age required by applicable law, you may use Neurvora only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
4. Account Registration
Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.

- Misuse AI-generated recommendations
You are responsible for how you use the information and recommendations provided by Neurvora.
6. Wellness and Medical Disclaimer
Neurvora is intended for general wellness, focus, productivity, and personal performance support.
Neurvora does not provide:
- Medical advice
- Mental health diagnosis
- Therapy
- Treatment plans
- Emergency assistance
- Professional psychological or medical services
Any information or recommendation provided by Neurvora is for general informational purposes only.
If you have a medical or mental health concern, consult a qualified professional.
If you are in danger or experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
7. AI-Generated Content
Neurvora may use AI or automated systems to provide recommendations, insights, summaries, routines, or personalized suggestions.
AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every situation.
You should use your own judgment before following any recommendation.
Neurvora Company is not responsible for decisions you make based solely on AI-generated content.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of Neurvora may be free, while premium features may require an auto-renewable subscription.
Neurvora Premium may be offered as a monthly or yearly subscription. The available subscription plans, prices, free trial offers, and billing periods are shown in the app before purchase.
If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. If you purchase through Google Play, payment will be charged through your Google Play account.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, according to the subscription plan you selected.
If a free trial is offered, your subscription will begin after the free trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
Neurvora does not directly process App Store or Google Play payments and does not control platform billing, cancellation, or refund decisions.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or Google Play account settings.
Deleting the app or deleting your Neurvora account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
If you purchased through the Apple App Store, refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.
If you purchased through Google Play, refund requests are handled by Google according to Google Play policies.
After cancellation, you may continue to access premium features until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise determined by the platform where you purchased the subscription.
10. Intellectual Property
Neurvora, including its design, software, features, branding, logos, text, graphics, and content, is owned by Neurvora Company or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from Neurvora without written permission.
11. User Content and Data
You may enter information into the app, such as goals, reflections, preferences, or feedback.
You retain ownership of your personal content. However, you grant Neurvora Company a limited right to process this information to provide and improve the service.
We handle personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
12. Service Availability
We aim to keep Neurvora available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
The app may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, network problems, or third-party service interruptions.
13. Changes to the App
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Neurvora at any time.

14. Termination
